Finalisation announcement in respect of the Aveng Rights Offer

 Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on Tuesday, 16 February 2021 wherein
 shareholders were advised that Aveng intends to raise an amount of R300 000 000 by way of a fully co-
 underwritten renounceable rights offer ("Rights Offer") of up to 20 000 000 000 ordinary no par value shares
 in Aveng and class A shares as contemplated in the Rights Offer circular ("Rights Offer Shares"). The Rights
 Offer will be made to qualifying shareholders at a subscription price of 1.5 cents per Rights Offer Share, in the
 ratio of 103.12203 Rights Offer Shares for every 100 Aveng ordinary shares held on the Rights Offer record
 date, which is anticipated to be on or about Friday, 26 February 2021 ("Record Date").

 Shareholders are further advised that the Company has received formal approval of the Rights Offer circular
 from the Issuer Regulation Division of the JSE Limited and accordingly, the Rights Offer will be implemented
 in accordance with the salient dates and times set out below, which are the same as those published on
 Tuesday, 16 February 2021.

 1.   If you are a qualifying dematerialised shareholder you are required to notify your duly appointed CSDP or broker of your acceptance
      of the Rights Offer in the manner and time stipulated in the agreement governing the relationship between yourself and your CSDP
      or broker.
 2.   CSDPs effect payment on a delivery versus payment method in respect of qualifying dematerialised shareholders.
 3.   Shareholders may not dematerialise or rematerialise their Ordinary Shares between Wednesday, 24 February 2021, and Friday, 26
      February 2021, both dates inclusive.
 4.   All times are South African times.
 5.   Share certificates will be posted by registered post at the risk of the qualifying certificated shareholders (or their renouncees).


 A circular containing the full details of the Rights Offer ("Rights Offer Circular") and form of instruction in
 respect of a letter of allocation will be posted to qualifying certificated shareholders in the register as such on
 Thursday, 25 February 2021.

 The Rights Offer Circular will be emailed to qualifying dematerialised shareholders recorded in the register as
 such on Monday, 1 March 2021.

 The Rights Offer Circular will also be published on Aveng's website at www.aveng.co.za on Monday, 22
 February 2021.
