RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                           
At the annual general meeting held on 29 October 2004 the requisite majority    
approved all ordinary and special resolutions proposed to shareholders with the 
exception of the general authority to issue shares for cash.  It was clear from 
proxy voting that the resolution did not have the requisite 75% majority support
and thus was not put to the vote on a show of hands.                            
The company has access to sufficient cash resources so the consequences are not 
significant.
