Shareholders are advised that the Annual Integrated Report and its supplementary reports,
together with the notice of annual general meeting (“AGM”), are available on the Implats website

Notice of virtual AGM

Notice is hereby given that the virtual AGM of Implats shareholders will be held at 10:00 on Monday,
30 October 2023, to consider, and if deemed fit, pass without modification, the resolutions set out
in the notice of the AGM.

The salient dates of the AGM are as follows:
