Shareholders are hereby advised that the Annual Integrated Report, ESG and Climate Change
reports have been published and are available on the Company’s website:

The ESG-related information included in the ESG report contains no material modifications to
the preliminary summarised consolidated results that were published on 1 September 2022.

In addition, as previously indicated on 29 September 2022, the annual financial statements, the
corporate governance report, the mineral resources and mineral reserves statement and the
remuneration report for the year ended 30 June 2022 are already available on the Company’s
website.
