Renewal of Cautionary Announcement                                              
Further to the initial cautionary announcement of 31 July 2002 in relation to   
the potential financial exposure by M-Cell in respect of the liquidation of the 
CNA Group, there have been no further developments which would enable the       
Company to provide more detailed disclosure of any such potential exposure.     
Accordingly, shareholders should exercise caution in their dealings in M-Cell   
shares until further announcements are made.
