APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Aveng is
pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Bradley Carl Meyer as an independent non-
executive director to the Board with effect from 28 May 2021. In addition, Mr Meyer has been
appointed to the Audit & Risk Committee and the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.


Mr Meyer, who resides in New York and is a Harvard University graduate, is a founding member
of Ducera Partners, with vast experience in financial, restructuring and advisory services. He
was a founding member of Millstein and Co and previously, the managing director of Perella
Weinberg Partners, with core competencies in finance and advisory services. From 2003 to
2012 Mr Meyer was a member of the financial restructuring group of Houlihan Lokey.
Previous work experience includes Lazard as a member of the mergers and acquisitions group.
The Aveng Board welcomes Mr Meyer and looks forward to his contribution to the Group.
