CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: RETIREMENT OF AN INDEPENDENT NON-
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR



In compliance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that non-executive director Mr Peter Ward will be retiring from the Board of directors
of Aveng with effect from 30 June 2016.


Mr Ward joined the Aveng board in 2007 and during his nine-year tenure, he served on the
Audit, Risk and Tender Risk Committees. The Chairman and the Board wish to thank him for
his dedication and contribution to the Group and wish him all the best for his future.
