Requirements") we hereby advise that Mr DMJ Ncube, a director of
Gold Fields Limited, has sold/bought his shares (Performance
Vesting Restricted Shares (“PVRS”) which were awarded to him and
have now settled in terms of The Gold Fields Limited Non-
Executive Director 2005 Share Plan, as amended.
