results, Gold Fields Limited (Gold Fields) (JSE, NYSE, NASDAQ Dubai: GFI)
wishes to confirm that the payment date of interim dividend number 77 of 160 SA
cents per ordinary share (gross) in respect of the six months ended 30 June
2012, is 17 September 2012 and not 5 September 2012 as disclosed in the
highlights section.
