RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all the ordinary and the special resolutions were
duly passed by the requisite majority of votes at the Company`s Annual General
Meeting held on Tuesday, 17 May 2011 at 09h00. At the meeting Mr. C.I. von
Christierson retired as a non-executive Director after serving on the Board with
dedication for the past twelve years. The Chair, Dr. Ramphele, thanked Mr. von
Christierson for the significant contribution he has made to the affairs of Gold
Fields over the years.
