RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                           
At the annual general meeting of Implats shareholders held on 19 October 2010,  
all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed in the annual report and sent 
to shareholders on 26 August 2010 were passed by the requisite majority.  The   
special resolution relating to a general authority to repurchase the Company`s  
securities will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual Property          
Registration Office for registration.
