MTN and BICS to combine their international carrier services
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 26 June 2009, MTN and Belgacom
International Carrier Services ("BICS") are pleased to announce the closing of
the transaction having obtained the requisite approvals of all relevant
government, regulatory and competition authorities.
The transaction is effective from 1 December 2009.
