Declaration of Preference Dividends                                             
The following half-yearly preference dividends have been declared,              
payable to shareholders on Monday, 25 June 2007.

The last date to trade "cum" the dividends in order to participate in the       
dividends will be Friday, 15 June 2007.  The preference shares of the           
company will commence trading "ex" the dividends from the commencement of       
business on Monday, 18 June 2007 and the record date will be Friday, 22         
June 2007.                                                                      
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation of share certificates may take        
place between Monday, 18 June 2007 and Friday, 22 June 2007, both days          
inclusive.
