Profile Group has an opening in the company's Research Department. The position involves management of Profile's FundsData™ database, a leading information resource on unit trusts and collective investment schemes.

Job Specification

• Maintaining accurate unit trust fund data and information.
• Preparing material for print & checking proofs for Profile's Unit Trusts & Collective Investments Handbook.
• Generating a variety of reports according to set standards and prescribed guidelines.
• Checking fund calculations for accuracy in an efficient and effective manner according to set standards
• Proactively identifying problems, and applying known solutions.
• Planning for task execution and adjusting priorities against an established plan.
• Performing quality control checks on the database.
• Resolving client queries and communicating with management companies on any matters relating to their respective unit trusts.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate needs solid Excel and computer skills. Other preferred requirements are:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• B.Com degree in Stats and Economics
