Sales Lead Generator / Assistant

Profile Media, based in Houghton Estate, is seeking to employ a Sales Assistant to support the current Sales team in their day to day activities.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Managing existing client base. Ensure that each client is seen by the consultants on a quarterly or bi-annual basis
  • Book appointments and manage the sales consultant’s activities
  • Re-scheduling appointments when necessary
  • Follow up on outstanding details or documents i.e. PO Numbers, Billing Details, unsigned contracts, etc.
  • Follow up on booking sheets/agreements
  • Customer liaison - Quarterly calls to clients to:-
    • Maintain relationship
    • Industry news updates
    • Proactive Assistance to client if needed
  • Answering client queries and or ensuring the query goes to the correct people in the office and give feedback to client
  • Educate clients on products and offerings and assign lead to consultant
    Lead generation—calling potential clients to generate interest and hopefully arrange meeting
  • Understand clients' needs
  • Assign new listing equally to consultants
  • Data base maintenance – ensure Company CRM system (Goldmine) is up to date and accurate

Desired Experience

  • Experience engaging with corporate entities and clients
  • Experience in Investor Relations / Financial Industry would be beneficial

Additional information

  • Permanent Position
  • Half day
  • Hour negotiable
  • Salary will be based on experience

The position involves marketing of the Profile Group’s data feed products within the corporate market.

  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure
