Focus and Objective
This US dollar-denominated portfolio invests exclusively in units of the Old Mutual Japan Trust. It aims to offer above average growth over the longer term. The fund invests in a selection of listed Japanese companies. These are companies showing above average growth potential, an entrepreneurial attitude and the potential to increase market share. Risk is managed by limiting exposure to any single share and by avoiding very small companies.
This fund is for investors who believe the Japan region offers strong growth opportunities. They must be prepared for short term fluctuations and thus be able to invest for at least 3 - 5 years.
