Focus and Objective

The investment objective of this fund is to provide the maximum current income that is consistent with the preservation of capital and liquidity by investing in the Sterling Cash Fund managed by the Russell Investment Company. The fund invests in short-term, high-quality, Sterling-denominated money-market securities such as those issued or guaranteed by UK and OECD governments or supranationals. These instruments have maturity dates of no more than 397 days. The Sterling-weighted average effective maturity of the fund is 90 days or less.
