Focus and Objective

The fund is an offshore multi-manager fund, which seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in an actively managed and globally diversified portfolio of equity funds.
The fund will invest at least 90% in an actively managed and globally diversified portfolio of equity funds. Investments will focus primarily on the financial markets of developed economies. In adverse market conditions, however, the manager can invest up to 30% in global bond or money markets for capital preservation.
