The FSA granted approval for Insight Investment Management Limited (Insight), the asset manager of HBOX plc for the acquisition of Rothschild Asset Management to go ahead. Following regulatory clearances, Insight completed the acquisition of Rosthschild Asset Management on the 31 January 2003.
